I respect your opinion. However at $2m one investor will hold 13% of the shares in the market. I'd be wanting to know how long they have to hold them first. Ie will they have to hold their shares till after the other escrow share of mngmt find there way back into the market?
Best scenario for me would be a JV partner ie. leclanche being involved in some way. Though I doubt it given that they had some issues earlier this year.
