Just want to add that if the CR is to a fund that Rob met in Denver and they’ve stated that they want in, it would be disappointing to have that placement at a large discount to market. In fact, if we’ve been solicited for the placement, I would like to see it done at market or a premium to market. If they want in, good luck doing it on the market so if it’s priced well, it’s a win/win. Would send a great message to the rest of the market.
