    Wild guess -If EVN are ready to announce they will complete $15m spend to earn their 65% then not proceed further ,perhaps Emmerson will buy back the EVN share? If EVN's share was just left waiting for another party to pick up,the project in the meantime stalls & SP disintergrates.Best that EVN announcement under these circumstances includes quick sale at favourable value back to ERM?- EVN just divested one producing asset ,being too small for them now,so might be cleaning out the closet of undersize assets & re-focusing ?
