    Emmerson Resources Ltd (ASX:ERM) has a company strategy of monetising a pipeline of small ultra high-grade gold projects at Tennant Creek.

    Emmerson is now heading to market with a capital raising, and the ASX has granted the company a trading halt to prepare.
