Why did Emmanuela present on the mente technology to the same audience a few hours after Prof Carrick presented the results? Bit of a waste to present after a study has just showed something doesn't work?! Far more likely that this was following a positive result.
I think we are just so used to bad news from these guys that we are assuming the worst.
There's never actually been any reason to doubt the technology works yet.
