I think you're reading waaay too much into the "drive by" twitter comment. It gives no hint of positive or negative. It could have been a heated exchange for all we know. For investing purposes I think that reading anything into a twitter post is too much!
Preliminary results are expected this month. This will mean baseline, 6-week and 12-week results for a handful of the earliest enrolments.
The original announcement is pretty clear that the study is ongoing and expected to be completed "toward the end of 2017".
In my view any money you invest in a pre-trial med-tech startup is lost money from the outset.... like a lottery ticket.
I hope none of you have been averaging down. I hope none of you have borrowed to buy Neurotech shares. I hope none of you are relying on having any return from this investment, ever.
It is most likely that the actual results will indicate most patients show no statistically significant improvement. Be ready for that.
