NTM was virtually running on empty from a cash position so we all should have known the placement was in the wings. It could be suggested that the directors should wait until initial results were in, but this would have been reckless if funding was on offer.

Let's also hope that the company has also secured some much needed broker support as part of this process so that we can see some liquidity in the market. Having strong supporters not selling is great but we need a bit of action to attract others.
