in my opinion stratex had failed to communicate with her important shareholder about the arrangement
with crusader .that`s why the share price dropped down.
the offer from 0,18 $ and the share price move only 1,5cent, was the first sign that the shareholders aren´t trusted this acquisition (i never saw this by overtaking shareprise come back)
stratex shareholders are afraid of because- crusader had done no good job the last years-
share price from 1,00$ to 0,10$, that´s no good statement for the company.
stratex is the same part-not well!!!

so in math minus and minus is plus-here you must say
bad company and bad company =bad company

for me now nothing changes, i have buy 100 000shares when the shareprice
at the same level right now.
i hope they will find a good way that the shares go north
