    I don't think its Interprac. I am a little annoyed that they have a decent amount of cash, and yet they're doing an all scrip acquisition of Interprac and they're raising capital for a potential acquisition. I think they may be looking to be able clear trades through this proposed acquisition. Hopefully, they use some of their cash for this one.
