True, the corporate structure is a little more convoluted than it needs to be and as a result incurs unnecessary cost and yes most of the commentary about operations and future is unclear and sometimes imprecise and yes there has been a shortfall of delivery of both intent and targets.

It isn't a fantastic picture at this point but I do firmly believe the model is right and it just needs some adjustments and fine tuning to get it right and up and flying. The current team is not the right one, including the pending new addition, and one of the problems is they have lost trust of the shareholders through various behaviours and that cant be won back so they need to either step aside gracefully or be ejected and the coming months may well bring that to a head it appears.

Any failure to displace and replace the current governance team with a fresh team and a fresh focus will leave AHF wanting for many years to come.
