Shady I disagree with your theory, if you go back and have a look at SFR how events ( discovery and orderly share placements ) were managed as and when money was needed.
After each fresh discovery/ update AUR/S Hers would have been far better off by completing an initial teaser discovery which would have lifted interest and the S P into the early .20's, once the oppies were exercised then do a placement in an orderly manner once demand was established .This way there would be a very small dilution and a happy S Her base.
To my mind SFR had a text book discovery, financing a well thought out and managed mine, its just a pity that they have not been able to follow up the De G with several other deposits, heavens we all thought that they would have discovered several others by now .
