I guess that the option holders to whom you refer or allude include: Investmet, Rob Martin, John Welborn, John Poynton and All-States.
I still don't get the gist of what you are trying to say though.
Let's say there is a CI at a premium. SP goes up and stays up and AUROA is 100% successful. Who loses?
Why would Rob Martin, a major shareholder, and also a Director of course, want to squeeze himself by agreeing to a placement at a price that would probably kill AUROA?
