Capital Raise! It will be interesting to see what price they end up doing it. Companies generally calculate based on the 10 day VWAP, which I think was their reasoning behind updating the market a little early.
NOTE '....the company expects to make a material announcement to the market in relation to the stated purpose (purpose being the capital raise).' There could be more to the announcement than just a capital raise. Anyway onwards and upwards!
