Maybe part of the problem is that there are so many other investments for people: tech, banks (and their 6% dividend returns), property. Times have been pretty good in the last few years, but everything has a cycle. I think we just have to be patient with this one. Gold is up a bit this morning with all this talk of war. Let's hope it keeps going (but let's not have the war).
