Street Talk update:
Buying "The Works" (whatever that is) for $25m at 8x earnings (not sure if that includes earn outs - they may be extra).
Raising $16.9m at 80.5c
Pretty sure there will be a SPP - very poor form if not.
Good news on the face of it - should be eps accretative before any synergies and extra scale helps to smooth earnings over time.
