One of the worst CR I've seen given current circumstances. Obviously an opportunistic raise after the 10,000 user milestone, which IMO isn't really all that a big deal given how they got there. It's a long way off from demonstrating genuine uptake.

I doubt there is an acquisition. Would have said so otherwise or used shares to acquire.

More shares for mates at a discount. No sign of management topping up is there?

They must think we're all stupid.

Expect 10 cents if they can even manage to raise the full amount.
