FPL needs money. FPL looks for money. FPL finds money. FPL says (in part) " pending the release of an announcement to the market of the completion a Placement in its securities to professional and sophisticated investors".
So FPL has notified the market that it will tell it how much money and on what terms it has acquired the money.
When FPL has formally secured the money it will drill new oil wells, service old oil wells, sell oil, sell gas etc etc. Will FPL be successful??
Obviously someone with money thinks FPL is worthwhile "professional and sophisticated investors,"
I'd be very interested in knowing a tad more about the 2 lower zones of interest?
