Its a tough call knowing whats best for Africa. On the one hand foreign investment is good to get mines moving, but the downside is that all the economic profit will go to foreign countries. They'd more likely be better developing the projects themselves, hiring foreign experts where expertise is needed and using the economic profits for nation building. However there is a tendency for corruption in all governments... Like all nations, they just need a strong and honest leader.
