The Tanzanian government happened, shifting the goalposts for miners. Tremont had nothing to do with it. To call it a "pump and dump" is just dumb. This project all depends on what new taxes or restrictions the Government ends up with. In any case its certain to cause a massive delay and that alone devalues the project.
