I gravitated to HRR from IBG after it's price kick with financing both had the same run down from there.
The reason I cam across was better value in HRR , it was a mine that had been run before, it is in a relatively a benign location and it's potential IRR was huge.

Correction IBG (Ironbark Zinc) got a price kick with mine permit. They haven't got financing and we're a bit ahead there. Let alone time to start as they have to build their mine from scratch.
