OK- you want facts. we now have a judicial review instigated by NHC into the Land Court deliberations.
we have the premier and the opposition leader both shouting the virtues of NHC.

ironically, that's exactly where the toxic sludge resides- in their parliamentary aisles.

ps- there is pressure mounting to have a non judicial inquiry into the ineptitude of the over protected scourge of our legal system.
in the mean time as the media has been 'bought' off , no one knows just how far the tentacles of corruption will pervade.

it's not now -it's tomorrow that counts, so take responsibilty for your kid's future.
