REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Crusader Resources Limited (“the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt of all its securities, pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement in regarding a material corporate transaction involving a potential merger. The trading halt will operate until the announcement is made or the commencement of trading on Monday, 22 May 2017, whichever occurs sooner. The Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted.
