Most likely to be a retail raising with sophisticated investors looking to make a quick buck
The only hope I see is that RCF want to invest directly into Lochinvar (as this is what they were originally interested in). RCF wouldn’t want their interest in this asset diluted so may look to fund it themselves for a direct interest in the project. Then they don’t have to deal with basket case that NAE is fast becoming. Alternatively it could be a strategic partner but I think it’s a 1 in a 100 chance they have found a partner this quickly
