Melua - this stock due to its previous owners has me under water over $250k so am very loath to go through it all again. Although I'm positive about it I am not as positive about it as you. When I find out the terms I will look at it and see who's coming on board. Hopefully the raise is small to just tie them over for another raise later. Their cash burn is very high.
