So basically dom said to those institutional investors: we will have a good quarterly update next week and the price will certainly increase. You guys can get it for 13c and you will make money straight away, effectively raising at a discount
Then we get told it is raised at a premium?
Like the financials of the company and its share price. Certainly don't like its management and the lack of transparency / dishonesty.
