Gassed I may well be too critical, a legacy of my experience in the market. Like you I too used to be very forgiving of management actions, apologising for them, defending them. But it just doesn't pay dividends to operate that way as an investor - imo.

The fault of a bad acquisition is not that of the vendors - it should by the acquirer that is accountable and that is CM8 management in this case.
