I understand this. The track acquisition was used to support the growth in q&a and no doubt it was important for the company.
The question is why the cr now?
There was a cr for the track acquisition but why not for the whole acquisition when share price was almost double the current price?
And as shark mentioned, where is the dd on the acquisition? The only winners from this seems to track vendors.
