Still can't understand (justify) the timing of this CR and with offer open for barely 36 hours??
Anticipated good report due within days. Why the "obscene" urgency?
At these prices, they could very easily have made it a shareholder issue, say, 1:3 @ .10 to raise the same amount, give shareholders a well deserved discount and enable those who take it up to maintain their equity in the company. This is nearly a 25% dilution and all going to soft handed S.I.s which will, no doubt, create another overhang in the market???
Unless???
