Yeah pretty similar mate. I sold out a little below where it is now actually but have used the capital well elsewhere.

I don't really have much of an issue with a CR to reduce debt (and prudently be partially used for growth) but I feel like shareholders aren't kept in the loop at all here.

I look at basically all of my 'wins' on the stock market over the last couple years and all of them have been companies with transparent management.. Keeps me away from getting involved again here although I still feel this has heaps of potential.
