Agree that premium is good.
Hopefully SIs know good quarterly also coming so momentum is not halted.
Only thing in doubt is I have seen a few terms sheets and they are more specific detailing the "USE of Funds"
If the 15% JGB note was to be paid back specifically, it should have said so and stated the split. At least 50% of raise would be good.
Guess we'll find out very soon once TH over.
