Hi nammuldi with regards to EGO having to go into a trading halt, I had the same question recently when TEG went into a trading halt - my friend gassed posted as follows:-
Raimop. This is the relevant rule. 3.1 Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity’s securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information. The "orderly" way is to call a Trading Halt.

It is "reasonable' to consider that what might be "material" and have a material effect on the price of one company may not be for the other company involved.

So it maybe EGO though I would be extremely happy if TSV got some of Waitsia albeit both ORG and AWE are trading!
