First of all @rab , Bevan is not silly enough to bite more than he can chew. With SLC having a market cap of around 480 mil and Vocus at 2.6Billion, there is no chance of that...
@OCM_ diagree with you on the cash front. Not sure what report you were looking at but from what I can see 41.8mil in current assets exceeds 20.6 mil in liabilities. You need to consider all current assets and not just cash... receivables will come in and easily be able to cover short term debt. Other current assets will be other assets that could be cash at short notice (eg. shares).. so no concern here. Also take into account with the acquisition of Big Air, which is cash positive I would expect their cash position to only improve. I wait with interest as this guy never usually puts a foot wrong.
