Generally growing a business through share placement is not a good policy as dilution is sp destructive but considering lvh is new company with a technology product that works and in demand and smart management with %37 stake in the company the funds spend on expansion and growth is money well spend.
Let's hope the placement will be long term corner stone investor rather than sophisticated investors with short term and quick dollar then exit.
