It will be interesting to see the amount of money they want to raise. A few mil would be sufficient to do drilling to extend the Keel Mineral Resource in Ireland. Anything less than that and you would wonder why bother? However, if they want to do a PFS then that is going to be a while different level of expenditure. At some stage in order to get real value out of the Keel Project RMR will need to do a PFS and they are probably not going to see much change out of $8-10M for that. Prior to that they probably need to increase the size of the Keel Mineral Resource and see if they can increase the grade.
