For sure Bill did not cover himself in glory in the Fraser Belt. The jury is out on Keel and that is why Hartley's did not go the whole box and dice and raise all the funds needed for a PFS. They need to do some drilling and see if they can increase the grade. Keel is going to need to be over 10% Pb+Zn for it to have a hope of staking up. There is a chance they can do this if they do some good geology.
Given your comments about Bill and the need to increase the grade at Keel I am going to watch on the sidelines for the results from the first drill program and then make a decision when there is a bit less risk.
