Hi Topcall,
the original terms for the additional purchase option to get to 51% was to pay a minimum of 80M$ (refer to the Independent Expert Report).
In the Half Year Accounts, an amount of 26M$ was mentioned for the exercise of the additional purchase option, hence my thoughts that the amended agreement could include a lower option price to get to 51% ownership reflecting the current market conditions.
