I think we are probably talking about the amended agreement with CMP as indicated in a previous announcement in 2016, hence the lower amount of money to get to 51% ownership (26M$ instead of min. 80M$). Still, 26M$ would be a huge win for the company being cashed up and we would still own 49%.
