Hi topcall,
they wouldn't be able to acquire the company at the current shareprice. They would have to pay a significant premium as more than half of the shareholders hold stock purchased way above 10c+/share.
So my hopes and my bet is on Nr. 1, as that would also allow for accelerated exploration activities as highlighted in the TH announcement.
