I thought the presentation in December stated this possibility in light of interest rates. Its disappointing but not entirely unexpected. I think the issue is the price @ 16c rather than 22c. But the real issue is getting past the finance hurdle to get this project underway. So much is place ready to roll. 16c great buying at this stage with all considered. And in the end so will have 22c I expect.
