my thoughts exactly, not sure how we could be happy that they have to raise money again so soon after talking about what a great job they have done re-capitalising the company. UNLESS there is something more in the forthcoming announcement. If it is just to cash burn because of new salaries etc, then it is same old same old and the sp will flop as it always does when there is a CR.
