I suspected they would need to raise capital but it is still disappointing to see it occur. I wonder if it will be to all shareholders or just to "sophisticated investors"? Either way the sp is going to go down to meet the price of the CR and further dilution, of course, will occur.
The trip to WA to chat with investors was most likely done with this CR in mind...... 'sigh'....
