Would seem strange to me if it were a takeover given the assays are due this week at the absolute latest. If they are no good, why not wait for the drop in SP, and if they're good, well then some questions will be asked. For mine this has to be results.
Personally I have sold most of my holding today at 1.6, as my average is 0.8, and I'm happy to double my money on a highly speculative play before anything has really happened. Plus $30m seems a reasonable MC for a company with decent aircore results anyway. Will monitor closely though, and see if I can re-enter at a decent price should the results be positive.
