Well done guys. GUESSING again and trying to place the most negative slant on it.
You all went quiet there for a while with those line wipes, but,this TH gave you the opportunity that you craved and sure enough back onto the keyboard with your tongues hanging out.

Can't we all just wait to SEE what they have done before we discuss i.e. have a "reasonable conversation"???
It's a "material acquisition" and how else can they BUY anything when the bank account is so low? Bleeding obvious. Let's see WHAT they have acquired and why it is "material" to us shareholders.
