Exactly Jagman whoever thinks this is a CR needs to actually read whats said, they are buying something ( most likely more acreage ) and making a placement to pay for it...now whether the aquisition adds more value will only be seen in hindsight but it will add more shares and almost certainly at a discount..such is life at this end of the food chain there is no free lunch.

As always if AKK can produce more income from oil than it spends it will survive, if not its off to the knackers yard...simple risk/reward.
