    Someone is capping this ridiculously on the sell side with that 5mill. No one sells or buys that much on screen. EVER.

    Someone, most likely crown IMO is trying to get the price down. For what purpose is the question, to buy more or to make their 2nd offer look more appealing with a greater premium.
