    Forget the Crown proposal - it substantially undervalues the business and turnaround opp IMO.

    If Crown sees enough value to want to buy on the cheap, stop the legal crap and let management get on with a turnaround and so they don't bleed out with legal costs.

    Enough is enough, time to move past it.
