Yes but that style works more often than it fails.
Pretty aggressive though considering they havent actually lost any money. You could expect it from the mugs that got ripped at $2 last year, but the behaviour doesnt make sense really if you are even. Guess they dont like being ignored. I wouldnt talk to someone suing me either.
