To be fair, the RNT resold service is $3.50 cheaper, but it always confused me a tad - because the same service (renter screening and background checks) are available direct through Veda.
So its handy that you can get this through Rent.com.au but for me if I google "tenant background check" veda comes up before RNT so its far from an exclusive arrangement or anything very material IMO.
