Part of the 9th of Dec 2015 release :
"the Company has today entered into a loan agreement with Ezahc Pty Ltd, an entity associated with Ian Mann. The loan is for $300,000, and will have general security over the assets of the Company after the existing debt facility of $500,000 is discharged".
Little confused : has security of assets AFTER the $500,ooo discharged. This has been discharged, so does Ezahc ( that shareholder whom is now on the board ) still have security over assets?? Little confused. Where does this place us as shareholders? worrying ?
