"Imminent" suggest to me they have it pretty much worked out.
How good it will be or the future of the company I have no idea.
The problem is that big problems need big solutions.
It is fair to give the new people time to bed in but you would expect a major announcement.
Don't discount the possibility of more in the announcement than just funding.
One of mine came out of halt today which was supposedly for a CR and included a letter of intent from the Chinese.
I feel that because they have hit such a low no-one would invest without some serious change of direction or clarification of where they are at. So don't read it as all bad until you know for sure.
